Discussing his fitness journey, Paras Kalnawat said, “My weight gain started to become apparent to me as it appeared on screen. My co-actors started making fun of me, saying that I was suddenly going to play the role of this obese person. Everyone makes an effort to shame and ridicule you. Nobody cares how you feel in this situation. However, I used it as motivation to get back in shape. I started exercising and when I learned that I would be participating in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 10, I discovered the will to succeed.
“Gym activity was beneficial as I accelerated my transformation process, but dancing worked as a catalyst to tone my physique. Dance is the best form of fitness so I think everyone should follow dance and Zumba classes. Never let body shaming bother you, “Koi aapko karta hai toh ek kaam se suno aur dusre kaan se nikal do”, life should be like this,” Paras added.
