When Clerks was created in 1994, the Internet was still in its infancy. Because it was dial-up modem days, no one even thought of trying to stream video. Twenty-eight years later, now that broadband connectivity has taken the world by storm, video streaming is undeniably part of everyday life. And yes Kevin Smith was trying to do Clerk III, it turns out that video streaming has become an indispensable tool to help him shoot scenes for the film.
