AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) — To meet Amarillo’s growing need for mental health services, Family Medicine Network (FMC) and BSA are partnering to open a new clinic in the area.
Nearly one in five American adults are estimated to live with a mental illness, according to NAMI, and furthermore, they found that one in six children suffer from a treatable mental health disorder.
“So I hope this clinic will provide the citizens of this region with the quality care and timely care they need to address their mental health,” said senior provider Shaina Neely APRN,MSN,FNP-BC,PMHNP- BC.
The clinic will offer treatment for a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD.
