True: If boundaries cause you stress, you may show signs of “people-pleasing” and have trouble saying no “You get what you allow.”

*Externally (to others)

*Internally (to your own thoughts/emotions)

Here are some tips to help you: ILA

1) Identify: shoulder around to see what you need,

2) Label: What is the emotion? do you feel stressed? Sad? Angry?

3) Act: With others, Ask for your needs. With yourself, use STOP.

Research shows that using the word STOP and raising your hand signals your brain to back off
