Lamar Advertising Launches Mental Health Awareness DOOH Campaign

Lamar Advertising Company has partnered with non-profit organization Vibrant Emotional Health to launch a DOOH campaign designed to raise awareness of Vibrant’s mental health services and the 988 crisis line in recognition of National Suicide Prevention Month , according to a press release.
For the rest of the month, Lamar’s digital boards will display the hashtag #BeThe1To and link to the Vibrant website, which has suicide prevention information. The campaign also highlights the launch of the 988 hotline, which redirects callers and text messages to the national suicide prevention hotline.
“Suicide has a tragic impact on so many families and lives in our country,” Tammy Duncan, executive vice president of human resources at Lamar, said in the statement. “We hope that by rolling out our nationwide digital network, everyone will know that help and hope is just a phone call, text or click away.”
